SERVICE, PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
QArt does offer refunds in keeping with the relevant Australian Legislation. We do offer refunds or exchanges if your items are incorrect, damaged or faulty. Whilst all goods are checked and carefully packaged prior to delivery, in the unfortunate event that you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to offer you a refund, replacement, exchange or account credit note. If we are unable to exchange your item in line with your preferences or due to item availability, we will issue an account credit note for the value of the purchase price, less the original delivery fee. Your account credit note will be valid for 8 weeks.
Items for exchange will only be accepted if:
• The item is in its original condition, new, unwashed, unworn and/or unused, original labels and/or tags are intact and in original packaging with all original parts and accessories.
• Items in their original packaging must not be marked, damaged, scratched or altered in any way.
• Paintings and prints are not marked, damaged, scratched or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, QArt cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
At this time, we do not offer a paid returns service. The cost of postage to return originally purchased items is the responsibility of the customer. QArt and Endeavour Foundation are not responsible for items that become lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use a delivery service that offers tracking, such as Australia Post, and insuring your package for the value of the items being returned.
Unfortunately, QArt does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for commissioned goods.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you used a gift card to pay for all or part of an order, we will apply any refund to the gift card first - up to the gift card amount used to purchase the order. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the credit or debit card you used for the original purchase.
